Oil Management

Aurora uses oil as part of its electricity distribution network and recycles and refines used oil to reduce waste.

Aurora is working towards measures to reduce the incidence of bird strikes affecting power lines and assets.

The quality of some air in Tasmania during winter is amongst the worst in Australia due to woodsmoke.
