Peter Davis was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in March 2004.
Peter had been the General Manager of the retail arm of Aurora Energy since the formation of the company in July 1998.
Prior to that he held the position of General Manager Sales and Marketing with the Hydro-Electric Corporation, and was responsible for the establishment of Australia's first Integrated Energy Management Centre.
Peter has worked in the energy industry since 1981, and has been a key player in a number of national forums involved in demand management, and strategic resource planning.
Peter holds a PhD in energy engineering from the University of Queensland, and an MBA from Deakin University.

Paul Bloomfield was appointed to the position of General Manager Retail in March 2004.
Prior to this, he held the position of Manager Marketing since late 1998, and has 25 years experience in the electricity supply industry.
His past 15 years have been focused on energy retailing, and Paul has broad commercial experience with roles ranging from management accounting, treasury, project management, marketing, regulatory strategy and retail/customer strategy.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania, is a Certified Practising Marketer, and is an associate fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Martin Wallace was appointed to the position of General Manager Strategy and Public Relations in January 2006. This division amalgamates the National Market, Public Relations and Regulatory Affairs activities of Aurora. He previously held the position of General Manager National Market since June 2004.
Martin was Deputy Secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services since August 2002.
He has had a long association with energy markets and electricity industry issues in senior positions held in the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Hydro-Electric Corporation and the Department of Treasury and Finance where he was Director of Intergovernment and Financial Policy from 1991 to 1997.
He was responsible for economic, financial and energy policy advice to the Tasmanian Treasurer as head of the Treasurer's office from 1998 to 2002.
He has an Honours degree in Economics.

Robert Kingsley was appointed to the position of General Manager Network Services in March 2002. Network Services' core business is to assist in the management of Aurora's statewide electricity distribution network.
Robert has worked in the Tasmanian electricity industry since 1995 and has held the position of Industrial Relations Manager and Transmission and External Services Manager with Aurora. He was previously HR Manager with the Launceston Country Club and has also worked in the education sector.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and Graduate Diploma of Business Management.

John Devereaux was appointed General Manager Network in October 2002. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer for Aurora since the formation of the company in July 1998.
He managed the disaggregation of the former Hydro-Electric Corporation as project director and held the position of management accountant with the HEC. John has extensive commercial experience, including 11 years in banking.

Ted Bradshaw appointed to the position of General Manager People & Culture in January 2008.
Ted is a highly experienced Human Resources executive, with an extensive career spanning mining, construction, financial services and logistics. He has led HR teams in a number of businesses with up to 4500 employees in Australia and Asia.
Ted’s educational qualifications include Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mining, and a Grad Dip Mgt. He is a Fellow of the AICD, AIM and AusIMM and an Associate Fellow of AHRI.

Stuart Hatton was appointed to the position of General Manager Commercial Services in January 2006. He was the Chief Financial Officer since joining Aurora in October 2005.
Prior to this he was Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager Finance and Commercial at Tarong Energy Limited in Queensland.
Stuart has extensive commercial and finance experience in major corporations including BHP and Pasminco (now Nyrstar) and as an external financial auditor with KPMG. Stuart has expertise in all facets of commercial and finance related functions and in implementing change, systems development and process re-engineering.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a CPA and a member of the Institute of Compay Directors.
