Network Services

Network Services is responsible for managing customer connections, meter reading, transmission capabilities and the standards and compliance group, which includes the electrical inspection team.

The division is also responsible for the courses offered through the Aurora Training Centre.

Chances are you have seen at least some of our Network Services team in action. Network Services are the people out and about in their trucks during storms – working to keep your power on when the big winds blow. They maintain the current network during planned and unplanned power interruptions. They are the people involved in the on-the-ground planning and delivery of new works.
