Please note priority connections will be charged at a higher rate.

Connection information

We need to know how much access we have to your meter in order to turn it on. For example: front outside, front inside, in the shed, out the back, etc. Please provide this detail in the field above.

Is your meter accessible? *

For example, is your meter out the back behind a locked gate or is there a dog in the same area. If your meter is not accessible to us you will need to call the Call Centre on 1300 13 2003.

What type of concession card do you hold?

Aurora Energy will confirm with Centrelink the current status of your Commonwealth Benefit. This involves electronically matching details you have provided to Aurora Energy with Centrelink or Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) records to confirm whether or not your are currently receiving a Centrelink or DVA benefit.

This consent is effective only for the period you are a customer of Aurora Energy. This consent, which is ongoing, can be revoked any time by giving notice to Aurora Energy. However, if you withdraw your consent, you may not be eligible for the concession on electricity charges.

Connection requests that are made after 3pm cannot be guaranteed next day connection.
Connection dates are subject to approval, Aurora will contact you if your chosen date is not available.
