Registering for Aurora online services will enable you to check your account, pay your bill, compare your electricity usage over the year, even predict how much your next bill might be. You can organise connections and disconnections as well. You will find us quick, convenient and open 24 hours.

Please complete all the required fields below to register. Once you have submitted this form you will receive a letter confirming your registration and providing a unique username and password.

Note: Online services for Aurora PAY AS YOU GO (APAYG) customers are currently under review, however are not yet available.

Submission of this form shall be deemed evidence of understanding and acceptance of the of use pertaining to the online service.
