You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply via Aurora Online Services. Simply enter the details about the address you wish to disconnect, along with your new mailing address. An Aurora representative will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) of receiving your application.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
If you are disconnecting a supply online, then in most cases this will happen no later than the end of the next business day, provided that everything in your application is in order.
