About FAQs
The FAQs or frequently asked questions section of Aurora's web site provides loads of information in the form of commonly asked questions, articles and more. This part of our site is called the 'knowledgebase' and that is what it is: a base of knowledge that allows you to quickly and conveniently access the answers that you want.
In the search section you will see the top 10 asked questions and the latest articles this may be as far as you need to search for the answers you are looking for.
If you don't see your question, you can search. You do this by typing in some words related to your query. You can even refine your search by selecting how our knowledgebase should search (such as with a word or an exact phrase) and where it will search (by specifying a particular category, if you know it).
Another way to find out information is to go straight to the questions. These are common questions that customers have asked in the past and they may include the answer to your question.
Our FAQs are divided into categories to make browsing through the questions even easier.
If you can’t find an answer to your question, or the information you are seeking, you can submit a question. This means that you fill in your basic contact details (name and email) into the form provided, and then type your question. You will receive an answer via email and your question may also be added to the knowledgebase to assist the next person looking for answers.
