Aurora Online Services is a free service for our customers*. To use this you must be a registered user.

You can register online or by calling our Customer Service Centre on 1300 132 003 between 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday, and 9 am - 12 noon Saturday.

* This service is not currently available for Aurora PAY AS YOU GO (APAYG) customers.

Aurora Online Services allows you to:

Manage your account

Check your personal details, your current accounts and take a look at past accounts. You can also update your details, such as email address, daytime telephone number, postal address and your log in password.

Compare your electricity usage

Take a look at your entire history of electricity usage and use these figures to compare this with your current bill. You can view this information in table or graph format.

Predict what your next bill might be

By entering the current readings on your meter, you can predict the amount of your next bill based on how far through the billing cycle you are.

Look at your next meter reading date

In one simple step, you can find out the date of your next meter reading.

Pay your bill online

With a credit card, your account number and the total amount outstanding, you can pay your bill online.

Organise a connection and disconnection

With details such as the meter ID number in your new house, you can easily arrange a connection online. For disconnections, simply nominate the address and enter a few simple details.
