Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password for Aurora Online Services, you have 2 options for resetting it.
1. Reset your password online
Please note: It is only your password which is reset - your username will remain the same.
All you need is your Aurora Energy account number which is located at the top right hand corner of your Aurora bill. For security purposes, the form will require you to complete some questions about your account to confirm your identity.
Aurora will send your existing username and new password to your nominated email address.
Once you have received your new password via email, it will be ready to use straight away.

2. Contact our Customer Service Centre to have your password reset.
Contact the Aurora Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 (Residential) or 1300 13 2045 (Business), Monday to Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday 9am-12noon. Once your identity has been confirmed, you will be issued with a new password over the telephone.
Tips for changing your password
Your new password must be:
- at least 6 characters long
- must not exceed 20 characters
Aurora recommends that your password contain a combination of letters and numbers.
For example: SmiTh56, JoE12a, MARYab5.
Remember: when using Aurora Online Services, your username and password are case sensitive. You must use the correct combination of upper and lower case letters. For your security, do not disclose your username and password details to any other person.
