Important Information about Aurora PAY AS YOU GO recharge agents

As a result of Bill Express being placed in administration, customers may be experiencing difficulties with our Recharge Agent Network. Many Bill Express agent locations are unable to charge up Aurora PAY AS YOU Go Smart Cards at this time. Aurora is working to overcome this problem by putting in place a backup payment system.

Aurora Energy sincerely apologises for the inconvenience and is working hard to increase the number of Recharge locations available to all customers.

Below is a list of active recharge agent locations for Tasmania. This list will be updated regularly as the situation changes. If you experience difficulty in recharging your Smart Card please contact our customer service centre on 1300 13 2003.
