Apply for self meter reading
Self Meter reading gives eligible Aurora customers the capacity to submit their own meter readings online.
To apply for this process you will need to have your bill on hand to answer some questions about your installation.
Once you submit your application, we will assess whether your meters and the site are appropriate for self meter reading. At this stage, self meter reading cannot be offered to customers with solar meters.
We will send you an email to let you know if your application has been successful.
Please note: Before you apply it is a good idea to ensure that you are comfortable reading your own meters. You can go to your meter box and identify what type of meters you have, and then
find out how to read your meter.
