Combined accounts

Combine your business accounts under one bill.

If you currently receive more than one Aurora statement, you can combine them into one statement called a Combined Account. The Aurora Combined Account can offer you:

  • Consolidation. Bring all your accounts together into the one monthly statement.
  • Customisation. You can choose the name that best describes each connection site. These will appear on your monthly statement. If you have multiple connection sites, you can have more than one customised account – for example, 15 sites spread across three separate accounts.
  • Perfect timing. To improve your cashflow, you can choose the day of the month you would like to receive your statement.

There is no charge for this added service. Payment terms are 14 days – the same as standard accounts.

Please note: Natural gas accounts cannot be included on a Combined Account.
