Disconnect your electricity supply
You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply via Aurora Online Services. Simply enter details about the address you wish to disconnect, along with your new mailing address. An Aurora representative will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) of receiving your application.
Alternatively, you can phone our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2045 between 7 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday or 9 am – 12 pm on Saturdays, to arrange your electricity disconnection.
Our Disconnection Guarantee
If you are disconnecting a supply online, then in most cases this will happen no later than the end of the next business day, provided that everything in your application is in order.
