You can reset your password online
You will need your username, your Aurora Energy account number, your registered email address and the answer to your secret question.
We will send your existing username and new password to your registered email address.
If you don't receive an email within 30 minutes, please check your spam email folder as your spam filter may have captured it. If you still can't locate the email with your new password, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003.
