Aurora Online is a free service for our customers, however you must be registered to use it.
To register online you will need a recent bill and your email address.
If you have forgotten your username you can retrieve it online. An new username will be send via email.

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it online. A new password will be send via email which is ready to use straight away.

Changing your password
To change your password, you need to be logged in to Aurora Online. Simply enter your current password, followed by your new password. Then re-enter your new password to confirm it.
don't write your password down or disclose these details to any person
your new password must be at least 6 characters and can be made up of any combination of numbers and letters, e.g. SmiTh56
your password is case sensitive.
