All customer operational activity is managed under one division by Grant to ensure consistency in delivering high-quality customer outcomes – whether it’s for electricity, gas or Aurora PAY AS YOU GO. This includes responsibility for the key customer touch points of connections, billing, payments, market interactions, inbound and outbound contacts, online services, sales, energy purchasing, advanced meter program, collections and supporting vulnerable customers (via our Your Energy Support (YES) Program).

This business model enables the focus to be on the provision of a consistent application of customer service standards and keeps customers at the heart of everything we do.
