Extra Support when you need it 

We're committed to helping you get back on track. As a valued YES participant, you'll have the opportunity to have one or more of your scheduled payments made by us!  

For a limited time, all YES customers who meet the below conditions will receive one of their payments (up to $200) paid on to their account by Aurora Energy.  

 

What you need to do

 

• Keep up with your agreed scheduled payments. 

We'll let you know which payment will be made by us via text message and you can: 

1. Choose to keep your payments (Centrepay, BPAY etc) going without a break - We'll just add an extra payment on top of the one scheduled. This will just mean you're a payment ahead! 

2. Or, if you'd like to, you can stop your payment for one payment. You'll just need to make sure it remains set up for all future payments after. You can change your Centrepay deductions via the Centrepay portal.

Conditions

To be eligible to have one or more of your payments made by Aurora, existing YES customers will need to make six consecutive, full fortnightly payments (or equivalent) to their agreed payment plan from their last quarterly review (starting March 2021).

Customers may be eligible for a maximum of 2 payments.
