You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply via Aurora Online. Simply enter details about the address you wish to disconnect along with your new mailing address. An Aurora Energy representative will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) of receiving your application.
Alternatively you can phone our Customer Service Centre on 1300 132 045 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm to arrange your electricity disconnection.

If you are disconnecting a supply online then in most cases this will happen no later than the end of the next business day provided that everything in your application is in order.
