Pay your Aurora Energy bill online with VISA or MasterCard
You must have your credit card details handy as well as your Aurora Energy bill as you will need to provide your Account Number. (Located in the blue panel on the right hand side of your bill) This is also your reference number.
Please note: There is a limit of $10,000 if you are paying your bill via credit card.
Centrepay - reduce bill shock
If you are a Centrelink customer, we can arrange for fortnightly deductions to come directly out of your Centrelink benefits at no cost. This will help reduce (or may even cover) the amount due on your bill.
Register your interest in Centrepay by completing our enquiry form (select 'bills and payments' as the subject) or speak with our Customer Service Advisors on 1300 13 2003 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Direct debit - set and forget
Arrange for your bill to be paid via direct debit, either through part payments or the whole bill when due. If you pay this way, you may also be eligible for a Direct Debit Discount.

BPAY - when it suits you
Use BPay as a secure and convenient way to pay your bills direct from your account at any time using your phone or online banking. This can be organised through your bank, credit union or building society.

EasyPay - smooth and even
With Easypay, your energy usage is averaged out over 12 months. By making the same regular payments all year round you will always know the exact amount you need to pay without having to worry about winter bills.

Your Energy Support (YES) Program
In times of financial difficulty, we offer a dedicated service for extra support. Our YES team will work with you to help you understand your energy usage and setup payment plans to suite your individual circumstances.
