You can request a disconnection of your home electricity supply via Aurora Online. Simply enter the details about the address you wish to disconnect along with your new mailing address. 

Alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 between Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.

Disconnect your gas supply

If you are moving premises and need to disconnect your gas please phone our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 2003 between Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. We will organise a final meter reading, which will cost $110 during business hours and $275 after hours.
