Kellie is an experienced director having served as a non-executive director and Chair, since 2003; including boards of Federal and State governments, public listed and unlisted companies, private equity funded entities, mutual and various not-for-profits.


After commencing her career a a lawyer with King & Wood Mallesons, she moved into investment banking, and most recently held senior executive positions as Chief Operating Officer; Chief Risk Officer, and Executive General Manager including within ASX20 energy companies.


Kellie holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations) and a Master of Applied Finance. She is a graduate of the Harvard University Advanced Management Programme, and also studied a Master of Digital Leadership. Kellie enjoys working in complex, diverse, changing environments, balancing best practice and an evidence-based approach with the many challenges facing organisations.

She is a graduate of and has been awarded a fellowship by the Australian Institute of Comany Directors (AICD).
 

Kellie is a recent former director of Midway Limited (ASX:MWY) and GolfWA, and currently serves on the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC), Geoscape Australia, Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), Brightwater Care Group and Youth Futures Limited (Chair). In addition, Kellie is a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel.
