From time to time tariffs and plans become obsolete and are no longer available to be connected. Customers who already have these tariffs connected are able to keep them.
Our General Business plan (Tariff 22) gives you peace of mind that the price you pay for your power remains the same no matter what time you use it. If you have minimal usage outside of business hours and don’t have equipment running 24/7 – this might be the plan for your business.
The rate reduces after the first 500 kWh you use each quarter and if you’re using a lot of hot water during normal business hours, you may be able to pair your General Business plan with our Business Hot Water tariff (Tariff 43) or one of our Off Peak tariffs (Tariffs 61 & 62) which all have lower rates.
Tariff 22 is no longer available to be installed. Customers with existing tariff 22 connections will continue to be charged at this rate.
