Exciting News: aurora+ has been refreshed!

Over 100,000 Tasmanians are already enjoying the benefits of aurora+ to manage their energy usage, take advantage of free power during Power Hours, and much more.

Aurora Energy is committed to making energy easier for all Tasmanians, which is why they are thrilled to announce a refresh of the aurora+ experience!

After months of collaboration, the team has gathered invaluable feedback from both Aurora Energy employees and customers to understand what’s working well and what could be improved.

So, what’s changed?

Fresh look and feel home page: The overall look and feel has been simplified, bringing some of the features into more familiar places and with easy-to-identify icons. The front page of aurora+ will now have an easy-to-read overview of the user's account.

New dark mode: There will now be the option to switch the view to either dark or light mode. This popular option not only gives users the choice of how they view aurora+ but it will also assist people who have accessibility requirements by providing an easy-to-view colour theme.

Simplified menu: Some other changes will see the menu options simplified to make it easier to navigate through the options.
