Dual Fuel sign-on and loyalty bonus

Your Sign-on bonus will be applied to your first or second bill after sign-on, depending on timing.
Your Loyalty bonus will be applied 12 months after sign-on. If the Dual Fuel contract is terminated before 12 months, you will not receive the loyalty bonus.
