Deleting aurora+

How do I cancel my aurora+ account? 

To delete or cancel your aurora+ account, go to the menu on the top right-hand side of your screen and tap 'Account Details'. At the bottom of the screen select 'Delete my aurora+ account'. 

There is no cancellation cost for aurora+. You may cancel your subscription to aurora+ at any time by providing at least 5 business days’ notice to Aurora Energy.

Uninstalling aurora+ from a device

Please note that if you have the app installed on a device, it will still remain installed after you have requested your account be deleted. You will need to uninstall the app from your device. 

Uninstalling the app from a device will not mean your aurora+ account is deleted. You will still need to request that your aurora+ account be cancelled by contacting our customer service team - See the 'Contact Us' page
