aurora+ payment plans

If you need more time to pay your energy account, you can set up a payment plan in aurora+ to spread your balance into smaller, manageable payments.

Just log in, click the need more time? link under your bill, choose how much you can afford and how often you want to pay, then pick a plan that suits you. You can pay automatically with Set & forget or choose a manual option like BPAY, aurora+, or in person.

Once you confirm your plan, you’ll get a confirmation and can track your progress anytime in aurora+. Keep in mind, missing a payment may cancel the plan, and it can be reviewed or adjusted if needed.
