aurora+ just got a whole lot better

We've added a bunch of new features to aurora+ to make your life easier! Based on customer feedback, we're introducing Post-pay, auto top-ups, and direct debit to your aurora+ experience. 

     

Switching to post-paid is easy!

Choose the way you pay in 3 clicks. 

 

  1. Click on the top right-hand-side menu.
  2. Go to Account Settings and select Manage the way you pay.
  3. Hit Switch to postpay.

 

You're all set! Now you can pay when your bill is due, predict your next one, and see what your charges have been since your last bill! 

Never worry about top-ups again

Make sure you always stay ahead with auto top-ups! 

Just set the minimum balance you want your account to get to (say $5 in credit), if your account reaches that figure it'll automatically top up with an amount you choose (say $50), meaning you always stay ahead and in credit.

Pay your bill on time, every time

Automatically pay your bill in full each month with direct debit.
