You can use direct debit to make regular payments of any amount you choose - this could pay for your entire bill when it arrives, give you a credit or leave you with just a portion owing. With EasyPay, your energy usage is averaged out over your previous 12 months. By making the same regular payments all year round you will always know the exact amount you need to pay without having to worry about winter bills. Our tip - use EasyPay with Direct Debit so your payments will come out automatically!
If you receive Centrelink payments, you can arrange for an amount to come straight to Aurora out of your benefit before you are paid. So your bill should be a lot smaller when it comes, or there will be nothing further that you need to pay at all!
To set up Centrepay, fill out the Centrelink online form here or call our Customer Service Advisors on 1300 13 2003 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. (Or you can visit the Centrelink website to read more information).
