Supporting our community is part of our DNA.

We invest in community to help make our island state a great place to live, work and grow.

Aurora is proud to support key programs and initiatives that drive change so that energy is made easy for all Tasmanians.

We focus our efforts on:

1                     Increasing energy literacy

2                     Supporting vulnerable Tasmanians

3                     Connecting with community

Aurora in the community

Back

Salvation Army, Tasmanian Divisions

Our relationship with The Salvation Army sees Aurora provide funds to help top up their Emergency Relief fund, providing housing and financial support for those that need it most.

We sponsor a financial councillor who is available at no cost to those people who need a little extra helping getting on their own two feet.

And 2025 will also see Aurora assist with energy efficiency upgrades at some Salvation Army housing facilities.
