We encourage all eligible community groups that deliver projects or programs which make a real, practical and positive difference in the lives of vulnerable Tasmanians or to the environment to apply.

Before completing this form:

• Please make sure your organisation meets the eligibility criteria and is currently registered with the Australian Charities and Not-For Profits Commission.
