Yes, if you find that aurora+ is not the best product for you, you can call to cancel at any time. However, you can only change the underlying plan once every 12 months.
It takes 5 business days to cancel, and from that date, you will no longer be charged the product fee.

You have the option to change to a different energy plan every 12 months. There may be a cost, passed through from TasNetworks, to change your energy plan starting at $53.72 depending on your meter configuration.
