No recorded usage during Power Hours

There are a few reasons you could have no recorded usage during your Power Hours timeslot. 

  • You have solar, and your home was powered entirely by your own generated solar power during your timeslot. This would mean you didn't use any power from the grid. 
  • You had nothing in the home drawing any power (everything unplugged or power turned off at the meter).
  • There was a power outage.
  • Your meter has a fault.

If you had no power recorded during your Power Hours, this information will be displayed on the Power Hours page within the app.
