Pending Savings on Power Hours

 

 

Right after a Power Hours event, you may notice the word 'Pending' in your 'total save' box. Image of Power Hours pending in aurora plus

This can happen for a few reasons: 

  • It's too soon after the event and we haven't received your usage data yet (for most customers we'll have your usage data by 10am the next day)
  • Your daily usage data is delayed (most delay's resolve within 2 days) 
  • We've received substitute data for that day and we're waiting for the actual data to come through.
