Add an authorised person to an account

You can request to add an authorised person on your account, this will give them access to all of your account details and the ability to manage your account.

You can add this at the time of connection or call us with the authorised persons full name, date of birth and mobile number. You can request to remove this person at any time by calling us. Residential customers 1300 132 003, Business customers 1300 132 045, Monday to Friday from 8am–6pm.
