- Access to your meter/s
- Your last Aurora power bill
- Digital image of your meter/s
- Your Account Information
1. Basic meter

2. Reading your Aurora bill
We can only accept your meter read and send you your bill if it has been at least 80 days since your last bill.

4. Personal details
Submit your reading
Once you submit your reading, we will create your bill and send it to you as per normal. If we need any more information we’ll contact you.
