Dual Fuel electricity usage discount
The Dual Fuel electricity usage discount is applied to the electricity usage component of your bill only. It is calculated at the end of the billing period and will appear on your bill as a credit amount.
Dual Fuel Billing
Dual Fuel customers will receive 2 bills, one for gas and one for electricity.
Any discounts or bonuses related to the Dual Fuel offer will appear on your electricity bill.
What are Standard and Market Retail Contracts?
A Standard Retail Contract is an offer Aurora Energy is required to make available to small customers (residential and business) at all times. These offers are regulated and include set terms and conditions which cannot be changed by Aurora Energy.
A Market retail contract is not regulated in the same way as a Standard Retail Contract, and so has some terms and conditions which can vary from contract to contract. Market Contracts can include benefits like discounts and bonuses.
