By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to receive communications such as bills, letters and notices from Aurora Energy to your registered email address held on your Account.

Communications by email will be deemed as delivered when notice of successful transmission to your nominated email address is received. In the event of a failure in delivery of an email to your nominated email address, notification may be attempted by SMS if this option is available. Should Aurora Energy be notified that delivery by email failed, any communication will re-route and be mailed to your postal address.

To ensure you receive our emails, it is your responsibility to:

  • Add notices@notices.auroraenergy.net.au to your Address Book, Contacts or Safe Senders list;
  • notify us if your email address changes;
  • ensure that you have sufficient space available in your email mailbox to receive your e-Bill;
  • check your junk email folder to see if your e-Bill has been delivered there instead of your Inbox;
  • contact us if you do not receive your e-Bill; and
  • keep your email account secure to protect the privacy of your personal information contained in the e-Bill.

We will use our best endeavours to deliver communications to you by this method. Your Aurora Energy account(s) remains payable by you on the due date, whether or not you receive or read your e-Bill or any emails from us regarding your e-Bill.

Communications will be sent via email as a PDF attachment. To view and print PDF documents, you will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You are responsible for ensuring Aurora Energy has your correct email address in order to receive your communication by email. To update your email address or any other contact details, please call our Customer Service Advisors on 1300 13 2003 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
