The easiest way to find out which energy product (tariff) you're on is to look at your bill.
You'll find your energy product (tariff) on the supply details section of your bill (please see example below).
* The Tasmanian Government has announced eligible small businesses on the below energy products and whose total yearly business consumption is less than 150MWh will have 100% of their next bill (after April 1st, 2020) automatically waived.
If you are on one of the above products this waiver will be automatically applied. You do not need to fill out this form or contact us to receive this support.
If you are not eligible, you can apply for assistance through Aurora Energy's $5M customer support fund. Support can include bill relief, waiving fees and charges, freezing debt and payment plans.
