Adding your concession

Tap the ‘person’ icon on the top right of your screen. 

Select the account details tab at the top. 

Tap the ‘Add Concession Card’ button. 

Check the name on your concession card is in the same name as the account and select ‘Yes’.

*Please note if the account is not in the same name, you will not be able to apply the concession. 

Enter your concession details and select continue. 

You will then be able to view the status of your concession card on the account details screen. It may take up to 3 business days for the request to be processed.
