aurora+ usage updates

Your aurora+ usage data is updated each day and your previous days usage should be available to see by midday.

Sometimes things like communications issues, bad weather, or technical issues can cause a delay. If your usage is more than 2 days delayed, contact us via the contact us link, located in the hamburger menu on the top right of your aurora+ screen. 

Although your meter records your usage in 15 minute intervals, your meter only sends us your data once at the end of each day.
