In the main menu of aurora+, select 'Bills and transactions' to show you a list of your previous bills since your aurora+ account started. These can be downloaded in PDF form.
You'll receive your statements via email, also.
The statement will outline your account balance at the time the statement was created. It will also display an overview of your energy usage for the month.
If your balance is in debt, you will have 14 days to make a payment and increase your account balance. Fees may apply for late payments. - see our 'Pre Pay' page
