Prepay with aurora+

Pre-pay is one of the two ways to manage your bills with aurora+. It's the best option for those customers who wish to stay ahead of their energy bill and get reminders when their account balance reaches $0.

With pre-pay you can choose to:

• Top up as you go.
• Use auto payments to stay ahead. 
• Or set up direct debit to pay by the due date. 

Should I choose Pre-pay?

If you want to:

• Stay ahead of your balance
• Make small top-up payments regularly (automated or manual)
• See what you're running balance is
• Get the direct debit discount of 5 cents per day (5.5c incl. GST) off your bill (when you choose direct debit). 

Then we'd recommend you pick Pre-Pay - this means you will receive notifications when your balance goes to $0 or under.
