Choose how you view aurora+

With aurora+ you can choose the way you view your account and manage your bill.

Pre-pay view lets you stay ahead of your usage and keep your balance in the black. Post-pay lets you see your daily average usage and predict what your next bill will be. 

The good thing about Pre-Pay and Post-Pay view options is that they are just that - viewing options. You can switch any time. It's all about personal preference.

You still have all payment options, your regular monthly bill, your usage etc within both views; it's just about which one you want to focus on that will help you.

To change your view, select "Manage The Way You Pay" in the menu on the app

Should you choose Pre-Pay?

If you want to:

• Stay ahead of your balance
• Make small top-up payments regularly (automated or manual)
• See what you're running balance is

Then we'd recommend you pick Pre-Pay - this means you will receive notifications when your balance goes to $0 or under.

Should I choose Post-Pay

If you prefer to:

• See your daily average energy usage
• Know that you've paid your bill and are just waiting for your next one
• See how many days your next statement will arrive or is due

Then we'd recommend picking Post-Pay - this means you won't be prompted to keep your balance above $0, but you will be told when your monthly bill is due.
